I stayed last week in room 202 and experienced excellent hospitality. The staff were very polite, and the service provided by Mr. Jaswat Ji, Kan Singh, and Kishore Ji was outstanding.

The hotel has a lovely and sophisticated atmosphere. The housekeeping team is very courteous and articulate. The room is tastefully decorated, which might be why in-room dining is not permitted. The bathrooms are comfortable and spotless. While the reception staff could be a bit more friendly and warm (they seemed somewhat distant and unwelcoming), the housekeeping staff compensated for this with excellent service and friendly interaction. Additionally, they have a stunning rooftop restaurant called SAGA, perfect for a fine dining experience with your partner. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time there. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Had a great time at this hotel during our two-day family stay. The environment was calm, and it's conveniently located close to all the main attractions in Jodhpur. The staff were very accommodating, especially Mr. Chandsinh, who was courteous and supportive.
