The property is not well maintained, the room was not too clean & had spider webs all over bathroom & the jacuzzi was not functional it used to take 15mins just to turn on & none of the buttons worked upon asking they said buttons won’t work & still allotted the room to us. The reception won’t pick the call also after 9pm & the number mentioned in the menu are wrong. You have lots of options to go for in the budget around 10000 it’s a total waste of time & money
Do not be misled by the positive reviews or promotional content surrounding this resort. Our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a property charging such premium rates.We had booked two separate rooms for our stay—one private pool villa and one jacuzzi room. Unfortunately, both accommodations suffered from the same issues, making it clear that the problems were not isolated incidents but reflected the overall condition and management of the property.The resort is severely lacking in maintenance, cleanliness, professionalism, and basic guest safety. Both rooms, the private pool, jacuzzi, and surrounding areas were visibly dirty and poorly maintained. Cleanliness appeared to be completely neglected throughout the property. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes, flies, ants, and even lizards, creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment.The staff’s attitude and conduct were equally disappointing. They appeared unprofessional, lacked attention to guest concerns, and showed little regard for maintaining acceptable hospitality standards. We had originally booked a two-night stay but were forced to check out after just one night because the conditions were simply unacceptable.The most alarming issue was the serious safety risk associated with the private pool villa. The pool area had a door providing direct access to the room, yet this door could not be locked. Shockingly, the staff themselves admitted they did not have a key for it. Since the pool area is open from the top without any roof or proper security measures, unauthorized access to the room would be possible, creating a completely unacceptable security concern for guests.In addition, several basic amenities were either missing or non-functional. The intercom was not working, hand wash was not provided, toiletries were inadequate, and the television had no cable connection, offering only a handful of limited built-in channels. The resort did not provide sealed drinking water bottles and instead supplied refilled bottles, raising concerns about hygiene and quality. Mobile network coverage throughout the property was also extremely poor.What makes this experience even more frustrating is the amount charged for the stay. These conditions might be disappointing at a budget property, but they are completely unacceptable at the rates this resort demands. The actual condition of the resort bears little resemblance to the images, videos, and marketing materials used to promote it online. The difference between expectation and reality was shocking and misleading.This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences we have had. The property fails in the most fundamental aspects of hospitality cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, service, and guest safety. We deeply regret booking this resort, checked out a full day early despite having paid for two nights, and would strongly advise potential guests to think carefully before spending their money here.
