The Vanson Pride - 1km New Delhi Connaught place

I stayed at this hotel for two days, but sadly, the experience concluded on a very negative note. The staff's rude and unprofessional attitude during check-out was very disappointing. A major problem was their tendency to not listen carefully to guests. Instead of fully hearing out concerns, the staff kept interrupting and even ended a call abruptly while I was talking. This behavior is unacceptable in hospitality. The cleanliness and room service were also below expectations for the price and hotel standard. What could have been a nice two-day stay turned into a bad experience because of how the staff managed the check-out. I strongly advise reconsidering before booking here. To avoid ruining your mood and stay, I would personally avoid this hotel. Good hospitality means more than just providing a room; it includes treating guests well, especially when they raise real issues.

Property is in too much congested area . one good thing is Ram krishna marg metro is near by. room service was ok. every time need to call at reception for hot water. was little irritating. all things can avoid but bf opt was less and food was not tht much good .

My three friends and I stayed at this hotel. It was amazing from beginning to end, and Munna and the staff were very friendly and supportive.

It's a best stay though it's a short stay as it is bit inside but inside the hotel room service staff all good , We book family suit it's actually good species and one important thing food is very good

Although the hotel is a bit inside, it is close to Paharganj New Delhi railway station. The communication from the railway station to the hotel is very good with no issues. One important thing I noticed is that while other properties may not allow early check-in depending on availability, this hotel actually permitted early check-in. Traveling with my family, we had no problems. Many thanks to the manager. The food is also very good, with both quality and quantity being excellent. Whether you are traveling with family for a long or short stay, I recommend this hotel. I traveled from BBSR to Delhi with my family and booked a family suite room.
