Hotel Pinky Villa - Heritage Boutique Suites

I recently stayed at Hotel Pinky Villa, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located hotel in New Delhi, this is definitely a great option. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their polite attitude and smooth check-in process.One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location. It is situated in Paharganj, just a short distance from New Delhi Railway Station and RK Ashram Metro Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or planning to explore the city. Popular attractions like Connaught Place, India Gate, Chandni Chowk, and Karol Bagh are all easily accessible by metro or cab.The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with modern interiors that gave it a boutique feel. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless with a good supply of hot water. Housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay, ensuring the room remained fresh and tidy.The hotel staff deserves special appreciation. Every team member I interacted with was courteous, responsive, and eager to help. Whether it was assisting with directions, arranging transportation, or responding to room requests, they handled everything quickly and professionally. Their hospitality made the stay much more enjoyable.Another positive aspect was the peaceful atmosphere inside the hotel despite being located in one of Delhi's busiest areas. The hotel provides a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing or business meetings.The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was especially useful for work and staying connected with family. The hotel also offers good security, giving guests peace of mind during their stay.The food was tasty and reasonably prepared, especially the North Indian dishes. Breakfast was satisfying and provided a good start to the day. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and local eateries within walking distance for anyone wanting to explore Delhi's food scene.In terms of value for money, Hotel Pinky Villa exceeded my expectations. I stayed at Hotel Pinky Villa and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.The service was extremely poor, and the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. There seemed to be no coordination among the staff members- one person would say one thing, while another would say something completely different, creating unnecessary confusion throughout our stay.Our checkout time was 6 PM, but due to a delay in our bus, which was expected around 9 PM, we requested an extension and were willing to pay the required additional charges. However, instead of providing a reasonable solution, the staff quoted an excessively high amount. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, especially because we were two female travelers with limited options at that time.The staff was not helpful in any way and showed very little concern for guest convenience. Additionally, visitors are not allowed, which was another inconvenience that was not communicated clearly.Overall, the hospitality and customer service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.

I had very bad experience there firstly the room was not clean properly there was dust everywhere and AC was not working properly then we order 2 fresh lime water’. for two fresh lime water they took 1 hour we have waited 1 hour for two fresh lime water then there was no toilet roll no dental kit in the room we have call for toilet roll they said we don’t have then we said atleast provide us tissue and they don’t even had tissue’s very cheap hospitality the night staff even don’t know how to welcome the guest but the morning manager he was polite
