Bahut hi kharab anubhav raha, fraud jaisa laga. MakeMyTrip se hotel book kiya tha, lekin hotel pahunchne par bola ki room available nahi hai. Na refund mila, na koi madad mili, na check-in hua. Sab fraud hai, bilkul bekar service.

We booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip (MMT). However, our experience was very disappointing.The hotel was difficult to locate, as it is situated in a narrow lane where welding work was being carried out by laborers. When we arrived at Nizamuddin Railway Station, we called the hotel to confirm our booking, and the staff assured us that everything was fine and asked us to come.However, upon reaching the hotel, a staff member asked me to follow him and showed me rooms in a different property located a few shops away. Since we had booked three rooms, I clearly stated that I wanted all the rooms in the same hotel. The receptionist then informed me that only one room was available and suggested that I cancel the booking if I was not willing to accept the alternative arrangement.After waiting for around 45 minutes without any resolution, I had no choice but to cancel the booking and start looking for another hotel nearby. Fortunately, I found a better hotel, although I had to spend more money.If you are planning to travel with your family, I would strongly advise against taking this risk. The property and its management do not appear to handle confirmed bookings properly. Please be cautious before booking, as it could result in unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and additional expenses.
