’Very disappointing experience this time. The service was extremely slow, and the food was just average. My previous experience here was excellent, which is why I came back with high expectations. Unfortunately, this time the overall experience was quite poor and nowhere near what it used to be. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service and food quality.’
