Terrible Stay Experience

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in India so far. The rooms are filthy and infested with mosquitoes. There is no proper ventilation in the room. Additionally, the basement floor is extremely suffocating. I was charged extra even though I had already booked and paid online, and the hotel staff demanded additional payment. The room was given to me very late, and the staff behaved rudely during the process.
