I had to pay again as the booking said 1 day but the highlight here says day slot make sure booking is not allowed if stay is not in the available...also rooms were prehistoric and not maintained....staff was ok

The hotel appears to be a 3-star on the website, but in reality, it is terrible. The doors are damaged and not cleaned often. Even the switch boards are broken. The AC doesn't function well, and since there is no fan, it's hard to sleep when the AC fails. I've never encountered such unprofessional hotel staff. They don't even know how to properly communicate with guests and speak as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay.
