There were cockroaches in the room, broken furniture/items, and even used condoms were found inside the room, which is completely unacceptable.The service was also extremely poor. The staff and hotel members were rude and did not provide proper assistance when we raised our concerns. Overall, the room condition, cleanliness, hygiene, and service were far below acceptable standards.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Based on my experience, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Management seriously needs to improve the cleanliness, maintenance, staff behaviour, and overall hygiene standards.

Three of us girls recently stayed at this place, and the rooms matched the description. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, well-kept, and spacious. The bathroom was clean, and the hotel is close to the riverfront and metro station. Overall, the experience was positive. We felt safe here. The only issue was the AC not cooling the room, but otherwise, it's a good place to stay.
