The hotel was very basic. The staff were very forgetful. Forgot to provide soaps, towels,water or even glasses in the room. Had to request them repeatedly. Even the TV was not working.

This hotel was the worst of our srinagar experience.. broken lights, charging points, mirror, no faucet in the washroom bedsheets pillow covers were dirty, the staff were inquisitive when they came to the room, literally pushing themselves in to see when only coming to hand over things. Overall the worst hotel experience i have ever had
