Location is very bad

As mentioned in the website, the location is not at all accessible from the city. It's at the extreme end of Dal Lake, Foreshore Road. Most of the time there is power cut. By mistake the left my room keys outside, at night 3.30 pm someone tried opening from outside. Not at all recommended. You will get much better hotels at Ghat 1.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The owner ignores complaints and refuses to acknowledge any problems. There is no room service, no towels are supplied in the rooms, and the staff are rude and unprofessional. The hotel lacks even basic hospitality standards. I was very disappointed and would advise others to avoid this hotel.
