Townhouse Ulsoor

I booked and paid for AC rooms, but when I went to the property and checked in, the staff said they don't have AC in any rooms. The maintenance is not done professionally. I felt that the information given online is not 100 true.

In hotel the ac are not working ...room are not clean...washroom are in very bad condition ...and after all this they even did not refund my amount...only 5 min a stay there...there not even any amenities There were no amenities available here like they said...

I don't recommend this hotel. We checked into the property, but were forced to vacate the room after barely 30 minutes because the conditions were entirely unsanitary and fundamentally unsafe for my family. Because you failed to provide a secure and habitable environment, we had no choice but to leave immediately.Within the first half hour of our arrival, we discovered the following severe issues:Zero Security (Faulty Lock): The door lock to the room is broken and does not secure properly. This poses an unacceptable risk to the safety of my family and our belongings, and we refuse to stay in a room that cannot be locked.Severe Health Hazards: There is a clear pest infestation. We immediately noticed cockroaches crawling in the bathroom and, shockingly, directly on the bed.Damaged Furniture: The bed is physically broken, with a damaged leg making it completely unstable.It is unacceptable that a room in this condition was offered to guests.

I had a very bad experience at Hotel Townhouse Ulsoor (OYO). I would not recommend this hotel.The room had a lot of cockroaches and mosquitoes, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene were very poor. There was no telephone in the room, making it difficult to contact reception. Even after informing the staff, room service was either very slow or did not arrive.The staff members were polite, but the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping need significant improvement.One of the most unpleasant aspects was that a street dog was kept inside the reception area. There was a strong, unpleasant smell, and the dog even wandered into guest rooms, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I hope the management takes hygiene, pest control, and guest comfort seriously.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms had multiple cockroaches and hygiene at its worst. I strongly recommend to NOT go for this property. No towels, no toiletries none provided. AC is very bad and smelly too. Please do not book your stay here if you want to have a decent experience
