Checked in at the hotel late at night while having booked a week before and relied on it. The receptionist showed up after half an hour worth of wait at least (he was attending another solo traveller who had checked in before more which was still acceptable) The solo traveller was fighting for his money back since the hotel was filled with cockroaches. During my checkin, I was told that none of the rooms have AC working which made my stay pointless and I ended up cancelling. The receptionist was still kind enough to give directions to another hotel nearby but to my surprise it was just as untidy and filled with cockroaches. Overall a bad experience when I book weeks before and rely on a smooth check-in especially during late night hours. Very hectic experience.
I booked my stay for 4 days and the room was filled with so many cockroachs. It was all over the place and bed, pillows, cupboard and restrooms. After complaining to the staff. They offered me another room which was even worse. It had more cockroaches than my current room. Customer care offered me change of hotel but same townhouse property. The new property had also had cockroaches flying from the AC. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you wanna have cockroaches in your pants .
