Treebo Amigos Residency - 500M From Cochin Airport

Stayed there for a few hours prior to catching my flight. The hotel is close to the airport and there is a free drop off. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room and attached bathroom was neat and clean.

I chose this property based on its 4.7 rating, but the experience did not live up to it.While the staff was polite and helpful, the hotel itself was disappointing. The rooms are not soundproof at all’even furniture movement on the upper floor is clearly audible. The rooms are small, lack a fan speed control, and cleanliness was poor, including a lizard/pest issue, which is unacceptable.Basic amenities were missing (no hand towels, no extra pillow). I paid extra for booking breakfast and realized I shouldn;t have done. As breakfast had almost no variety, and charging INR 300 for airport pickup despite being very close to the airport felt unreasonable. There is no view, and the property does not justify its pricing. Better hotels are many and this isn;t one of them so be careful.We paid INR 4,800 for a stay that felt worth no more than INR 1,500. Overall, despite the helpful staff, this hotel is not worth the price and not recommended.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a place that charges a premium, the lack of basic amenities like running water is completely unacceptable. There was either no water or extremely limited water supply throughout my stay, making even basic hygiene impossible.Despite raising the issue with the staff, there was no timely solution. Simple things like a shower became a struggle, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel that cannot guarantee such a fundamental service is not worth the money or the stress.
