Hotel location is great as it is near by most of the shopping and restaurants. Hotel washrooms having issues, no room cleaning happens if you do not actively remember them. Breakfast is good. Lift sometimes working not always. All and all it depends on your priority, if you want full comfort then you need to look out for other hotels.

Biggest issue is they do not clean the room. They only clean the room who are doing checkout. Also the staff is very eude and not polite. Manager is not present only cleaning boys are running entire hotel. Non of the toilet flush is working, Lift sometimes work. Wifi available but it can be slow sometimes. If tou are in urgency you can book the room else avoid.

Avoid This Hotel

As someone already mentioned, there are a lot of cockroaches and very poorly maintained room. The 'manager' of the hotel agrees to special requests and then does not honor them and charges extra. Best to stay away from this hotel.
