Absolutely shady place, uncooperative staff, no AC even if you book AC rooms, shady atmosphere.
Mixed Couple Stay

Suitable for couples. Not ideal for solo travelers or families. Pros: - AC, TV, and water supply worked fine. - Liked having a small workspace with a desk and chair. Cons: - The breakfast package was disappointing. Offering breakfast without a kitchen is misleading. It was just a parcel costing under 80 rupees, and they often failed to provide it properly for 2-3 days. - Rats were seen walking on the room ceilings. Removing the dirty staff room with food and kitchen might help eliminate the rats. - Checking in late at night was a mistake, and the crowd at that time was not pleasant.
