The location of the hotel very poor. It is located just beside an open drain. So better not open your curtains/windows. Even though it is located along the highway, the road leading to the hotel is very shabby and doesn't look safe at all.The complimentary breakfast is a scam with only bread-jam-butter and some oily vadas.The room service was also poor. Even the basic stuff like towels, toiletries were not provided in the room. Only saving grace was that the room and the bathroom were realtively clean.

Ganesh Kolte - Receptionist is very welcoming. Eventhough my check in was at 1pm, he allowed me to check in at 10 am , 3 hours prior to check in. He called me on room extension the following morning reminding me to have breakfast. He told me " if you need any assistance I'm there to serve ". Keep up the good ’’ customer Service ’’ Ganesh. Overall experience is good. In low price will get good service and good food.
