2.0
I would rate this place zero stars if Google permitted it. I reserved a stay at Tulsi Villa, and my official booking confirmation explicitly mentioned a 1:00 PM check-out. However, the owner called me well before that time (at 10:00 AM) insisting we leave early. When I reminded them of the agreed 1:00 PM check-out stated in their own message, the owner responded very rudely and behaved badly. Their welcome message promised a "comfortable and memorable stay" and a "seamless experience," but what I experienced was unprofessional harassment from management. If you want peace of mind and basic respect and hospitality, do not stay here.
