I had a booking at this property for two nights. I had a terrible experience with them. We reached there at 12 p.m., but they kept telling us to wait "5 minutes, 10 minutes," and so on. We didn't get a room until 4 p.m., and the receptionist went home, and the staff also went somewhere. He didn't pick up my call and even switched off his phone. Around 4:30, someone came and moved me to a low-class hotel.
