I paid for the hotel with an online bank card. Arriving at the reception, they told me that there was no payment and told me to pay again in cash, they took my passport as collateral, grabbed my hand, and made me pay 800 rupees in 40 minutes. these are scammers and scammers. I will refund the money and remove the hotel from your website. This is the first time in my life. I got a shock at 2 a.m. I spent the night at the airport. Thanks to the service.

I booked a room for 2 days, from 6th Feb till 8th Feb through FabHotels. When I reached the hotel; the reception guy asked for my ID and then he said that you have booked a room with low tariff and you cannot check in and he asked me for more money’ I said I have paid the full amount whatever was shown in FabHotels application. Then reception guy said that I don’t don’t know all that and he asked me to contact FabHotels customer care.When I called FabHotels customer care; they just had a talk to hotel reception guy and the reception guy said to customer care executive that the tariff is low and he cannot allow me to check-in with that tariff. I struggled in that place for almost 1 hr 30 mins.I did not stay in the hotel as the hotel did not allow me to stay. I have a written proof from the hotel reception guy with his signature and hotel seal.I asked FabHotels customer care executive to initiate the full refund to me. Till date I have not received my refund.

First of all the hotel is nothing like as shown in the photos. Secondly the location is the worse, it is literally over the gutters. Third the rooms and services are the worst. We had booked 2 rooms and when we entered the room, the bed sheets and pillow cover were covered with the cigarette ash. We had to ask them to change the sheets. The whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke. There was complimentary breakfast included, but on the first day we got 2 slices of untoasted white bread and some butter, that’s all. When we complained they said they have different menus for different day.We were not even given water, we had to request multiple times and then an hour later we got it and that too just 1 bottle.We left the hotel 3-4 hours later and went for a different one.
