Definitely not worth the cost! The restroom near the reception always smells bad, so you get a bad impression as soon as you enter. There's no food served on-site; you need to go to their other location for that. The beach can only be reached through their other property as well. Overall, it feels like they are just overcharging you.

Staying at Villa Sasha was a wonderful experience. The rooms are large, and the food was decent. I would definitely suggest choosing this property over their resort. The check-in process takes a bit longer than expected, and the internet connection isn't very good. Aside from that, everything else is satisfactory. The swimming facilities at the other property are superior to those here.

We reserved a stay at Villa by Sasha for a family reunion, booking three rooms to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. Payment was made before check-in as required. We arrived on time and were informed that two rooms were ready while the third was still being prepared, so we waited. Upon entering our rooms, several issues became apparent. We had booked sea-facing rooms, but were given two on the second floor and one on the first floor. First, there is no elevator in the multi-level building, unlike their main property Elixir Cliff, which has lifts; this could be improved for elderly guests. Second, the first-floor room's air conditioning failed shortly after check-in; housekeeping said it was a gas issue and moved us to a second-floor room without a sea view, which was inconvenient for older family members. The management should check amenities before assigning rooms to avoid such moves. Third, each double occupancy room only had one water bottle with a dispenser on each floor for refills, whereas similar hotels provide at least two bottles per room. Fourth, the meal system is unusual: there is no restaurant on-site, so guests must go to Elixir Cliff for complimentary meals, and a la carte orders are delivered like takeout. Fifth, the hot water system is problematic; housekeeping must turn it on, but if left on too long, cold taps also dispense hot water, causing guests to be scalded after pool use. The next morning, water was cold because the system was off. Sixth, the lobby washroom's odor is noticeable throughout the premises. Seventh, the washroom windows do not close properly, leaving gaps guests had to block with towels, which is unacceptable given the frequent guest turnover and nearby establishments. The only positive was the spacious rooms; everything else was mediocre. Overall, the price does not match the service quality, and better management oversight is needed to improve guest experience.

I've never had such a bad hotel experience. I have traveled almost all over India, but for the price, this hotel gave me the worst experience.There is no lift in this hotel. The swimming pool is very dirty. There is only 1 staff member for the entire hotel because all the other staff are at their second property, which is 70 meters away. If you need tea or a water bottle, you have to walk 70m to their other hotel. And they charge the same rates for both hotels, but even that second hotel isn't well maintained.
