Loved our time at Eden Garden by Cliff Way! The location is great and very close to the beach/cliff area. The property has a wonderful aesthetic and a lovely, peaceful ambience that makes it ideal for couples. Huge thanks to Shibin, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I chose this place because it's close to the beach, which is the only good thing about it. Everything else was a complete nightmare. Solo female travelers should avoid this hotel at all costs. Couples, even if your partner likes the beach location, do not book here because your safety is at risk. The property is isolated, dark, and very unsafe for women. There was no staff or manager available when we needed help or felt unsafe. The hotel is located next to an open sewage line that smells terrible. The rooms are dirty and infested with lizards and insects. We experienced power outages every night. The rooms have very dim lighting and the bathroom lacks privacy. Don't risk your safety, privacy, or comfort here. Spend your money elsewhere.
