Villa Luca By Elixir Cliff

We reserved the sea-facing wooden rooms, which were excellent and quite spacious. We added an extra bed for our family, and the beds were big enough for our toddler to sleep comfortably. The food choices were somewhat limited. The path or steps leading to the beach were quite steep and not very good, but since we also had access to the Elixir Cliff resort about 100 meters away, we used their beach path, which was much easier and better maintained. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a quiet and more private stay. However, keep in mind we visited on a weekday when there were fewer guests. Ultimately, the experience depends a lot on the other guests around you. For instance, just before we checked out, a group of bachelors arrived and played loud music during breakfast without consideration for others. Since we were leaving, it didn't affect us, but I can see how it might bother those seeking peace. The resort should enforce stricter rules and have the authority to handle such situations.

When we arrived, the pool area was occupied by a group of boys drinking on the sofas and squeezing water out of their clothes near the rooms, which made the property feel poorly managed.We specifically booked the Jacuzzi Suite, but the jacuzzi had worms inside. The staff admitted it had been out of order for a long time and said that even after cleaning, it wouldn’t work. Their only solution was to manually fill it with water. Despite multiple staff visits, no room replacement was available.When we decided to move to another property, we requested the staff to gather our belongings from the room and keep them at reception since we were away, but they refused.To make matters worse, the ’double bed’ was just two single beds pushed together, making it very uncomfortable.Overall, a very poor experience that spoiled our stay. I would not recommend this property.

To add to the issues, the “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, making it very uncomfortable. Overall, a very bad experience that ruined our stay. I would not suggest this place.

Booking team is a scam. They took our booking for 3+1 room, paid huge amount but alloted only double occupany.No accountability by anyone. No one to complain. Booking team very rude to customers. They ll just say anything to take the booking and allot whatever rubbish room is available.Breakfast and tea: not provided in the property. Forced to go their another property.This was not even informedAvoid this property.
