Cons:- Rooms and cleanliness, it as pathetic service and unclean rooms.- Not even basic amenities like cupboard and wardrobes are not there in the room.- We had to protest with staffs to get water bottles which was a basic amenities in any 3 star hotel.- There is no running kitchen in the stays but still they charged us while booking for complimentary breakfast, (later refunded)- No proper parking for Vehicle, we had to park outside the premises.- Bit far from the cliff but price is on the premium side.- Pros:Location, this stay is situated at a peaceful place and few steps away from para-sailing which is main attraction of Varkala.
