Vivanta Navi Mumbai Turbhe

After an almost 30-hour journey from Canada to India to attend my niece’s baby shower, all I wanted was a place where I could rest, recharge, and prepare for an important family celebration. The only reason I initially chose Vivanta Navi Mumbai, Turbhe was because of its convenient location close to the venue. Little did I know that this hotel experience would become one of the highlights of my entire trip.From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and hospitality that honestly exceeded anything I have experienced anywhere in the world ’ whether in Canada, the United States, Europe, or even at other hotel chains within India.A very special thank you to Duty Manager Rashmika, whose warm smile, caring nature, professionalism, and exceptional customer service immediately made me feel at home after such an exhausting journey. She truly represents what genuine hospitality should feel like.I would also like to sincerely thank Kumar, Chirag, Sushma and the entire front office team, along with the phenomenal F&B team led by Nitin, Monica, Purva, Junaid, and so many others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember, but whose kindness I will never forget.The food was absolutely outstanding ’ fresh, warm, flavorful, and consistently delicious every single day. We loved the breakfast spread so much that during my entire six-day stay, I honestly did not feel the need to eat anywhere else. The prawn biryani and butter chicken deserve a special mention because they were simply phenomenal.The rooftop pool was beautifully maintained, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable ’ exactly what I needed after such long travels.What touched me the most was that I arrived with no expectations beyond convenience, but I left with memories of extraordinary kindness and service that made this trip incredibly special for me.In fact, I loved my stay at Vivanta so much that I decided to continue the experience and book another stay at Vivanta Goa, Panaji for four more nights. I am already looking forward to it while still reminiscing about the amazing experience that just ended.Thank you once again to the entire team at Vivanta Navi Mumbai Turbhe. You made me feel cared for, welcomed, and truly valued. I will always remember your hospitality with gratitude.

While I have not stayed here (as I'm a local), the restaurant MYNT is really good. Great choice of food across all courses, great taste across cuisines. And the service is REALLY good and warm. If something is not quite up to your liking, the staff are prompt in making it right for you. Great work from associates on the floor, such as Siddhi and the others. 9/10, will recommend for all kinds of meals and meet upset- professional or personal.

We are glad to have chosen this for our stay. The rooms were spacious enough, all the aminities in condition, bed comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.The only suggestion to the management could be to look into the creaky noises the wooden door outside the mini refrigerator and the bathroom door are making. Choosing soft closing doors would have solved this. As one might need to be so careful not to make noise while opening the bathroom door at night lest they disturb the others sleeping.The corridors that lead towards the lift aren't air conditioned and it was hot. Not sure if that was due to the vacuum cleaning of the floors or any other reason. Hoping that to be a one-off instance.Service was excellent and the hotel crew are in general more kind and resourceful. Restaurant staff were helpful and many of them proactively approach to ask if we are enjoying our meal and whether there is anything else that we would be needing.Food during the breakfast buffet had quality and variety. Ranging from pancakes, waffles, French toast, dosas to dhokla, poha,upma,porridge,sandwich and donuts, it covered the staple breakfast in so many cuisines effectively. The preparation and presentation style were good. We have also liked most of the freshly squeezed juices offered and loved their filter coffee (although it usually took a little longer to be served).Valet parking was smooth and the location was easy to find.

I had a truly wonderful stay here! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what really made my experience special was the hotel’s attention to detail during Ramadan. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my Iftari and Sehri. The timing was perfect, the food was nourishing, and they made me feel so welcome and cared for. It made observing the fast so much easier while away from home. Great service and a peaceful atmosphere!

Had a lunch with the colleagues1. Food quality was very nice2. Mostly freshly made foods served3. If you are food lover you can enjoy4. However seems to be having minimum varieties on that day not sure this much only usually available or on that day may be due to other reasons.5.
