It's a beautiful nature loving property in the center of Jodhpur, spread over with lots of peacock, parrot and other birds. Having many activities for guest. Delicious and Tasty food of every type. We enjoyed our stay with our group of 30 friends. Kids had great time playing and enjoying horse riding.Beautiful swimming pool location.Overall had great experience.

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Bal Samand Palace Hotel!My entire family, 7 of us - three generations, are just returning from a fantastic two-night stay at the Bal Samand Palace Hotel, and we cannot stop smiling about the experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.The service was nothing short of incredible. Every staff member was attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. However, two individuals truly made our stay exceptional. Moti Lalji and Arjun Singhji provided such special, personalized attention. Whether it was helping us with recommendations or ensuring every small detail was perfect, their warmth and professionalism stood out. They are a true credit to the hotel.A special and heartfelt thank you must also go to Shree Jitendra Shekhawat Ji. His personal touch and gracious hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but like honored friends. He took the time to check on us and ensure our entire experience was seamless and memorable. This hotel was hands down one of the most memorable holiday stays my family and I have had the privilege of experiencing. The facilities, amenities and manner of the staff truly made it feel like a paradise home away from home. Rahul Rana was our server for dinner and breakfast and truly was attentive to our needs. Captain Manohar Lal, Arjun Sing and the chef Partup Sing made our breakfast buffet experience not just delicious, but seamless and personable. I cannot wait to return in the future!

Bal Samand Lake Palace is an exquisite heritage hotel situated right beside Bal Samand Lake. The hotel is absolutely stunning with well maintained greenery and landscape. The staff is super helpful and on top of their game. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Jodhpur. Also situated a short drive away from the Mehrangarh Fort and other tourist sites. For anyone visiting here, would definitely recommend spending a few hours on the property and checking out Kebab Corner.

The stay was not enjoyable. There’s no privacy from staff and it felt like our presence there was not welcomed. The attitude was very much peasant return to your horse stable. Hotel is not infant friendly as food and services are not up to par when requesting for babies.An example during check out the staff do a room check. This is fine and this was done when bags were collected. But we asked the staff that we will follow them after 5 mins of collection the attitude was very much like we were going to steal the pillows and sheets. They also checked the bathroom for all items being present.Another example the beds don’t have a headboard. So we asked for extra pillows as the baby can hit his head during sleeping. Called reception was told there should be more in the drawers. I checked and none were present mentioned this to reception sent someone to recheck and they asked what did I do with them?! I was dumbstruck’Also we needed to reach reception in the middle of the night as the baby needed milk. No answer on phone went there and found they were fast asleep on the sofas’..
