WelcomHeritage Grand Srinagar

I spoke with the person managing your Instagram account, and they were very unprofessional and not good at their job. I hope you address this issue.

Stayed here for just one night. The stay was comfortable, the hotel lobby was nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists Mr. Tahir, Mr. Radif, and Mr. Hardeep. Thank you very much for providing us with a great experience during our stay.

Located in the city center with good service. The room could be improved, especially for families with kids, as there were sharp-edged furniture and a missing shower knob, which I reported to reception but no significant action was taken. Breakfast could offer more variety, such as juice and pastries. Dinner was satisfactory. All the staff were friendly.

We spent three nights at this hotel and found it very comfortable and enjoyable. It's definitely a good value, especially if you're seeking an affordable option. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. A few small issues in the bathroom were promptly fixed by the team. The food was fantastic, with a nice homemade quality. The outdoor space was another plus—quiet, serene, and pleasant, perfect for unwinding. All in all, we had a great experience and would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a cozy, peaceful, and budget-conscious stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the best experience we have had at any hotel worldwide. It felt like staying with family. The staff is wonderfully courteous, respectful and accommodating. Indian hospitality at its finest.Tahir at the front desk was always helpful and such a respectful young lad. I hope he goes far in life. The kitchen/restaurant staff and everyone else that works here is equally praiseworthy. The rooms and the entire facility is exceptionally clean and well kept, the food is also very good.We were having dinner by ourselves in the restaurant late one night and the owner happened to come by. The hospitality of the staff explained itself once we met him. He sat with us and talked for some time. He was genuinely kind and a wonderful person. It was a pleasure to meet him and chat with him. Thank you for such a wonderful overall experience in Kashmir. The hotel and our driver made our trip that much more memorable.
