This was one of the best experience. Resort is located at strategic location having easy access to major tourists point.We included all meal plan- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was delicious and healthy.Entire resort is lush green and well maintained with amenities such as badminton, tt table, carrom , swimming pool etc.

There is ample open space for outdoor games, along with facilities for carrom, table tennis, and badminton. There’s a dedicated play area for kids, and even basic exercise equipment for elderly guests, which shows good attention to detail. The swimming pool is wide and well maintained, and the dining area located around the pool adds to the overall ambience.The hospitality was warm and professional. The staff was courteous and responsive throughout the stay. The in-house food was very good, including the buffet breakfast, which had a generous variety. Options ranged from upma and uttapam to chicken kheema and misal pav, along with a live egg counter, catering well to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.The pricing is slightly on the higher side, but considering the quality of stay, amenities, food, and service, it felt absolutely worth every penny.Overall, Westend Hotel offers a relaxing, well-rounded resort experience and is an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in Matheran.
