In order to ensure greater passenger convenience, the Railways has introduced new timetables for several special trains.
While most of these new timetables have already come into effect, the remaining will be enforced from the next week.
The move comes shortly after Railways announced the extension of several festive trains for December and January.

Book IRCTC TrainsThe Northern Railways has released four lists of special trains with revised timetables. The affected trains run on almost all the major rail routes in the country, including New Delhi-Darbhanga, Hazrat Nizamuddin-Madgaon, Lucknow-Patliputra, Chennai-Chhapra, Jammu Tawi-Bandra among several others.

Along with this, the South Eastern Railways has also changed the timings of 6 trains under its jurisdiction. The information has been released on the official Twitter handle of the Railway zone:
