Property is new, room is clean, but w/r and towels are not clean. Hospitality part also needs attention. Average breakfast.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, and well kept. A standout feature was the shower—the rainfall showerhead with strong water pressure provided a very refreshing experience. However, the room layout was a bit disappointing. The bed was placed right next to the entrance door, which impacted both comfort and privacy. Also, the mattress could be improved, as a higher-quality mattress would make sleeping more comfortable. The bed linens could be fresher and crisper; this might be due to the rainy season and humidity, but if not, the laundry team should pay more attention to the linens' quality. Breakfast was okay but had a limited selection; offering more variety would enhance the dining experience. I want to thank Nikita from the Front Office for kindly allowing me a late check-out, which was a considerate gesture that made my stay more convenient. Overall, despite some areas for improvement, I had a good stay and would be glad to return.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026Avoid booking Room #402. It's better to stay at a local dharmshala. Although the hotel is new, that room has drainage issues. The service staff are very helpful, but the reception team seems inexperienced with customer service. Terminal 9 restaurant offers good food, and breakfast is acceptable. A note to the GM: using air fresheners in the bathroom doesn't fix the drainage odor problem.
