Sentosa Resorts and Water Park

I have visited Sentosa Resort and Water Park many times, mainly for lunch at the restaurant and once for the water park. Every visit has been a good experience. The restaurant has a luxurious ambience, and the overall atmosphere feels pleasant and well maintained.The water park offers a lot of fun and adventure, with good rides and clean water, making it enjoyable for both friends and family. The food quality is also good, with tasty and well-prepared dishes.The service is fast, staff members are helpful, and everything is well organized. Overall, Sentosa Resort and Water Park is a great place for a relaxed lunch as well as a fun-filled day with water activities. Definitely worth visiting again.

worst attitude by security guard to reception host themselves .. disgusting experience and owner needs to rectify as soon as possible ! Although , the resort location is good and I myself informed about sentosa resort multiple times... to our business community back when it started as waterpark since 2010 ..... But the experience which we host had on 21/12/2025 evening was horrible!! The security staff behaviour was not at all acceptable.! . Although we being the host of reception were restricted to enter inside . The security guard and his accompanied person / guard More misbehaved with a senior citizen lady who was none other than my mother and groom's grandmother ! she was told not to go inside and told to wait outside on roads ?? that too in a rude tone and with hand actions to stay outside! Had he lost his senses to behave this speaking with the host in such rude language !!is it justified for we host ? when I told to behave properly as we are the organisers host of the reception event and need to check the reception plannings as no guests should feel discomfort. But , instead the guard named More threatened us that resort amcha bapa cha aahe..tumhala ata entry nahi !!! despite the fact I said we are the hosts and how can you deny entry .. ?? and that too formy mother who was the groom's grandmother.. !! When questioned how can a bleady guard restrict the host at evening 5:30 when we ourselves were to check the proceedings . What was the management doing when a goon security guard More abused a lady that too grandmother of groom. ? when I questioned him why she wasn't given entry.. although it was our function.. Later when my brother who is advocate thought to take legal action on more ! But thought to call the owner and inform the illegal gundaraj activity by security staff itself....However the owner after knowing his staffs fault apologized and strictly warned to behave well with clients. as he had done the same thing multiple times .. and informed that they themselves are hosts and how can you deny entry to them’ that too when we were the hosts and needed to check proceedings for our clients .However the two goons were not allowed to stay at the place as requested by our family members. As the behaviour with hosts and clients were abusive and disgusting. But the question arises how can a resort owner keep such security staff at resort workplace where instead of welcoming the hosts that too a old female lady . who later felt unconscious as being a BP patient and humiliated due to such unpleasant chaotic situation!!!!!. The witnesses too addressed the owner to check on this issues . as this has happened multiple times with the security guard and watchguard staff More . We too are locals with relatives as gawade Kalokhes as close friends and do visit Sunny's world functions too . where sunny nimhan staff is so welcoming and co operative.. that too with senior citizen old lady.. with golden orbaments how can a security guard say to sit outside on roads ’? If hosts are threatened and females are not feeling safe in your wedding resort how can you still sustain with such goon watchguard/ security staff?? Also the rooms were damp smelly with linens untidy.. the washrooms at outdoor venue was so dirty that many guests refrained of entering inside. So overall we being locals and although paying hefty amount got such bad treatment from rude behaviour of security to lack of basic necessities of resort cleanliness.. how badly the outsiders will be treated? nonetheless... everything is understood but treatment given by security staff to female guests senior citizen guests and most importantly the hosts ! is not at all acceptable.. and henceforth such gundaraj activities will not be tolerated!

the place was amazing it wasnt crwoded much so enjoyed water parrk with our little one. the hotel food was too good service directly in your room. And the costing for food was reasonable and taste 10/10. the overall staff was kind and soft available 24/7. overall it was 10/10 amazing stay with family and woudl suggest everyone to visit who wants to go with your little kid you can enjoy the waterpark and relax too

Firstly it is expected that one should explain the details of services which was not done. Tata sky cable connection was not present, once requested it took 2 hours to get it connected, service guys are so negligent. It is mentioned that Iron and Ironing board will be available in room which was not available. Washroom condition was worst, curton between bath tub and washroom was not available. Many lights were not working, AC was not working as per temperature setting. They have taken booking for 2 Adults and two kids, however only one extra mattress was provided. The mattress condition was worst, could not sleep whole night. Its worst nightmare to stay at Sentosa. When I want to order food from Sentosa dining, people were not co operative to help me how to order. They were just providing scanner which was not proceeding further. Finally I ordered food thru Zomato from Sentosa restaurant. Salad provided by Sentosa restaurant was worst, could not have single sip.

We had dinner with family and found entire experience excellent. The food taste, quantity and last but not the least the service. Overall very good rating from our side. Thanks to staff members for their service.
