The location was great. The room large, the shower good. The breakfast only Indian options and vegetarian but tasty. But as soon as we arrived we were pushed to accept an upgrade at extra cost. We chose not to. The staff were instantly short and rude. Shoved the key at us and that was it. No wifi password, no telling where breakfast was, no overview of the facilities and no map of the area. When they cleaned the room, they unplugged my computer and other electronics and placed them on the bed. I’ve never had anyone anywhere do that before. There are restaurants and shops at the back of the “resort”. Our room was the front corner, everyone drove or walked past. The noise from the rear facilities was overwhelming at times, I even got up to try and deal with the drunks at 3.30am. The staff at night were often loud without consideration of the room across the hall with their paying guests. The facilities could have been nice. They were generally pretty run down. Mozzies are everywhere. Wifi was adequate but not good.
