Albana Haveli

Hotel muy bonito cerca del casco antiguo de Jaipur. La decoración se inspira en los antiguos palacios de Rajastán. La habitación es cómoda y limpia, y cuenta con un buen restaurante. La comida es excelente.

Comfortable bed, nice hotel.

We stayed at Albana Haveli in Jaipur during our trip. The hotel is conveniently located near Hawa Mahal and other key city sights. The building's exterior and overall appearance are attractive, offering a heritage-style ambiance. However, the infrastructure seems quite old, suggesting the property has been taken over and maintained over time. Certain areas, particularly the bathrooms, definitely need renovation. We observed outdated fittings and broken shower fixtures that require repair. There is no elevator, which could be inconvenient for guests on higher floors, especially those with luggage or elderly family members. The WiFi was unreliable and did not function well during our stay. The staff appeared to be limited in number, and the service was average. Breakfast choices were basic, mostly bread, butter, jam, fruits like banana and papaya, and drinks such as tea, coffee, or milk. Adding more variety would be beneficial. We also noticed the property was previously known as TT Palace, as indicated in some parts of the hotel. Overall, it is an average place to stay.

I reserved a Deluxe room for two nights, but the hotel room did not match the pictures except for the dining area. The bed was in poor condition, making noise whenever I sat or turned during sleep, with a bent mattress. The towels provided were of low quality, with threads coming out and not soft. The washroom lacked shampoo and body wash, which is usually standard in hotels. The washbasin tap was damaged, and the commode jet was not functioning properly. The electrical switches were broken. Initially, I was given a room with a window facing the kitchen lobby, which had no privacy, so I requested a change. The staff communicated well and cleaned the room only after I asked. Overall, it was a very bad experience and not worth the money.

Nice restaurant with beautiful lunch and dinner options, deserving a 5-star rating.
