I had a very disappointing experience at this OYO hotel in Shillong. The rooms were not properly maintained ’ dirty bedsheets, leaking bathroom taps, and an overall lack of cleanliness. Even worse, the hotel staff were extremely unprofessional and careless. They were not responsive to basic requests, behaved rudely, and showed no interest in guest comfort. It felt like they simply didn't care.I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay. OYO really needs to improve its quality control and staff training at this property

Frustrating Booking Experience

Booked the room with Agoda and paid in full. After a long trip when we arrived was told they don’t have the booking and we had to figure it out ourselves. Not much care at all, couldn’t get a refund on Agoda since I tried to cancel on booking day’. I said why do you have on your hotel on Agoda booking than, just kept saying we don’t have your booking, you figure it out.
