The location is superb, making it very convenient.A special mention goes to the front desk staff, especially Jikki, whose exceptional hospitality and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Jikki was warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring that every request was handled promptly and efficiently.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, excellent location, and welcoming atmosphere.

ഒരു ഫുൾ ബിരിയാണിയും ഒരു ബിരിയാണി റൈസും ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു, ബിരിയാണി ക്വാണ്ടിറ്റി കൂടുതലായതിനാൽ ബിരിയാണി റൈസ് ക്യാൻസൽ ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ പറ്റില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഞങ്ങൾ തൊട്ടിട്ടുപോലും ഇല്ല. എന്ത് കൊണ്ടാണ് എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ, കിച്ചനിൽ സമ്മതിക്കില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു 🤣🤣🤣

This place does not meet 4-star standards. When we checked in late at 10:50pm, they had trouble locating our room. The air conditioning remote was broken, and the room was not clean. Check the photos showing the wall condition and bathroom mold. The management should put more effort into maintaining the rooms.
