Stayed for a few nights. The stay was very good with no issues seen. The staff prepares food as per your choice among the selection. Good courteous staff. Note that the gate will be closed late at night and will need to call the staff to open the same if need be. No parking is available.

I'd gone to Kolkata to take part in an interview for the US visa process. This was the closest and highly reviewed one at an incredible price, and it 100% deserves it.The staff are very kind and helpful. From the moment I arrive, it felt like a homely place and they gave all the amenities needed, AC and everything. They even have fresh home cooked meals which I had on the morning before my interview, which helped energise me and calm my nerves.Plus, I had many documents I hadn't printed and they have a wonderful person (I'm sorry I'm forgetting their names already 😭) who helped take me out as a guide to the local xerox store and get it all printed on time.Further, there were extra documents I'd forgotten to print that they helped me print with the reception printer itself. And they wished me luck and if I needed any aid they'd be there.Because it's so close to the US consulate (5 mins walk) I reached exactly on time and could leave all my baggage behind at the hotel.I'd only booked for one day and it was checkout time by my interview time, but they allowed me to keep the baggage at the reception area for the entire day!After a thankfully quick process I returned and relaxed at the reception lounge and went out to tour the city until my flight back at night, leaving the baggage here still in safe hands. They recommended good places to visit like the Vicotira memorial, also a walking distance and the Indian museum among other things. And were very friendly and joyous to talk too.After all my travels I returned, charged my phone and myself on the sofa and left for the airport which they helped with too. And did I mention amazing internet speeds? Was getting 200 Mbps up and down, which is pretty good for free wifi and I was allowed to use it at the reception after checking out too!Highly recommend this place to stay especially if you're going for a US visa, which I assume you would be. 90% of the other guests there were for the visa too so you'll have some company and experienced staff there to help out lol. And a walking distance100% would recommend for such a visit or even otherwise due to close proximity to great tourist locations and friendly staff and delicious home cooked food. And clean premises too, no moldy smell, no bed bugs, nothing. Very clean place!
