Poor hygiene, inadequate maintenance and careless service

I booked a room from 12/0926 to 13/09/26 and when i reached the hotel at 10 pm , They told that they had no booking confirmation from Agoda, Some how the front office manager told to wait for 30 minutes and after 45 minutes we got a room where staff were staying
