Couple • India • Sep 2026Every thing was good except their check in and check out time. Their check in start 2pm to check out 11am. As per front office they can adjust maximum one hour. They are unable to add free breakfast when we book through any application.

Couple • India • Aug 2026I booked the room at around 5pm on the same day of stay without realising it's from 14:00 to 12:00 hours instead of the usual 24 hours of booking with Rs. ***. If I had to extend the timing from 12:00 to 14:00 I was asked to pay Rs 2000 extra which is too much. I checked in by 22:00 pm and vacated the room by 7:30 the next day. So I barely stayed for 10 hrs and left my luggage at the reception. I couldn't come back to refresh and change my formal attire and the reception rest room was horrible. I was taking some rest at the reception from 14:00 to 16:00 hours and the most annoying was the hotel owner was at the reception cursing in loud voice of some of the hotel customers who would not pay more for extra hours. Probably he meant me which was very rude which he must have avoided near any customers. I paid for the breakfast but breakfast was not ready by 7:30 am but they provided bread sandwich and coffee which was not worth the money. So if you book through this app you may lose your time of 24 hour stay and if you book directly with the hotel the charges are 3500 bare minimum but I'm not sure if it's 24 hours stay again. There's surely some discrepancy while booking either with the hotel " Hotel Aurick" I stayed or with this platform app that I booked. For nearly 3k I could have availed a better room in person near my place of office endeavours. Next time I'll be careful about this.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times I had a very comfortable experience. The service was good, the check-in process was quick and smooth, and the stay was definitely worth the money.A special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Libin and Hari. They were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.
