Swimming pool was not clean however i booked this property for pool only

In morning there was no water in washroom I got stucked in washroom for more than 30 min after informing staff. After calling manager he told I'm sleeping please call me after 2hrs

This was definitely one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've ever encountered. The staff showed a lack of basic communication, hospitality, and professionalism. Our stay began badly when, despite having booked and paid for a room in advance, the manager kept pressuring us to leave it and move to a tent to make room for a family he knew. As two female travelers, we made it clear we were uncomfortable with the tent, but the manager insisted we relocate, forcing us to repeatedly refuse and fight to keep the room we paid for. This was unacceptable and unprofessional. Service was just as poor throughout our stay. Food was served uncovered, and when we politely asked for it to be covered, staff acted as if we were making an unreasonable request. Simple things like extra plates or water were treated as burdens. Water often took hours to arrive, and when only one small bottle was provided for two guests, asking for another was met with rude comments like "You should have told us earlier." These are basic hospitality expectations any hotel should meet. The last straw was at checkout when we asked for our food bill and found multiple items we never ordered. The bill had to be corrected three times because each version still had errors. Such repeated mistakes raise serious doubts about the hotel's management and billing. Overall, the hotel suffers from very poor management, rude staff, and a total lack of customer service. Guests shouldn't have to argue to keep their booked room, wait hours for essentials, or fix inflated bills before leaving. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are much better places that respect guests and understand hospitality. This hotel needs major improvements in management, staff training, customer service, and honesty before it can justify charging guests.

Our stay was fantastic. The cuisine was incredibly tasty, with each plate fresh and skillfully made. The service stood out, with all staff members being courteous, welcoming, and professional. We especially appreciate Tikam Singh for his exceptional hospitality. His courteous demeanor, willingness to assist, and friendly approach enhanced our experience. He ensured everything was flawless during our dining. Strongly recommended! We look forward to returning.
