Boulevard By Design Hotel Chennai

Place is ok. The passage is dark. Had to use mobile torch to find the room. We had travelled to Chennai by own car. The parking is full of rats. Rats bit the camera and parking sensor wires. Had to spend around 10000 Rs to get things replaced. Though parking is free, you have to honk and inform the gatekeeper and show the coupon else money will be deducted from fastag. People at reception area are cooperative and assist with refund.

My go to hotel whenever I’m visiting Chennai. Rooms are not for fussy travellers but it’s definitely clean. Staff at reception (Rakesh), Annam Cafe (Arpan) and the cleaning lady (Sudha) lights up my stay. Kudos for your extreme efforts to make my holiday memorable.. Thank you

Extremely shocking condition of the room specially the washroom. It is so filthy and disgusting that one might end up getting some serious disease.Whole hotel looks as if it have been never been cleaned since opening.It does not even deserved to be rated as a one star hotel.Management should seriously look into these issues.Overall horrific experince.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the very poor condition of the room and bathroom, as well as unsatisfactory room service.The bathroom facilities were unacceptable. The shower was not functioning properly, making it difficult to use. The taps and fittings were unclean and poorly maintained, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards.Additionally, room service was extremely poor. Basic expectations of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort were not met. For a hotel that presents itself as a designed or premium property, the overall experience fell far below acceptable standards.Because of these issues, my stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. I strongly feel the management needs to improve maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality to meet even basic hospitality standards.I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made...Worst experience this is not premium hotel anymore ’’.Foreigners plzz don't try this hotel .I paid nearly ’8000+ tax an gst .

We booked the place for our elderly parents. Our experience exceeded our expectations. They took care of our parents. Checking on their breakfast as our parents were not able to go to the dining room. Breakfast was served. And Surya gave his number and said they could call him anytime during the night if they needed help. Love the service. Thank you guys for the service.
