I am writing this review with great disappointment.We booked two rooms, which cost us almost ’14,000. Before our check-in, the staff called us and asked if all of us could adjust in a single room until 6:00 PM. We strongly refused, as we were traveling with young children and elderly family members. Although they eventually provided both rooms by 2:00 PM, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable.Both rooms were extremely dusty and poorly maintained. The air conditioner in one room was not working, and technicians had to be called. It took them nearly half an hour to fix it, during which the room became even dirtier. Although housekeeping came afterward, the room was not cleaned properly.The television in the second room was also not working. Again, technicians spent around 30 minutes trying to fix it but were unsuccessful and informed us that they needed more time. We paid the full amount expecting a comfortable stay, but instead, a significant portion of our time was disrupted by maintenance work inside the rooms.We repeatedly requested a room change, but our requests were ignored. Despite the inconvenience and the unresolved issues, we were charged the full amount.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The poor maintenance, lack of preparedness, and inadequate customer service made our stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless they significantly improve their room maintenance and guest service.

Technicians spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it but failed and said they needed more time. We paid the full price expecting a comfortable stay, but much of our time was disturbed by maintenance activities in the rooms. We asked several times for a room change, but our requests were ignored. Despite the problems and unresolved issues, we were charged in full. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Poor upkeep, lack of readiness, and bad customer service made our visit stressful instead of relaxing. I would not suggest this place unless they greatly improve their room conditions and guest service.

Situated inside the Mall, there is no reception on the Ground Level. It might have started off well furnished and well serviced, but it no longer feels like a 3 or 4 star hotel. The common areas do not match the pictures shown. I had to carry my bags from the busy Mall drop-off area to the unnoticeable hotel entrance on the side of the mall. I kept asking for directions to the hotel and its entrance. I took the only elevator to the 4th floor, where there was a small reception and lobby. There isn't much space for breakfast. The only positive aspect is the location inside the mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining options. It's about 20-25 minutes from the airport.

The rooms are very old and shabby. Definitely not worth what they charge. Avoid this place.
