This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. The room was dirty, the comforter had stains, the toilet flush was broken, and cockroaches were on the bed. It was revolting and totally unacceptable. The staff made things worse by constantly trying to get extra money from us. I had booked two rooms for four people and told them ahead that three family members would arrive later. Still, they asked for more money after they came, using the absurd reason that there were "ladies" with us. It made no sense and seemed like they were just trying to overcharge. Also, I had to ask three times for one thing to be done. Bad cleanliness, untrustworthy staff, and awful service. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others avoid this hotel.
