There was water leaking through the walls in the room, and the area was very noisy due to ongoing renovations next door.

The bed sheets were dirty and unhygienic, and the pillows seemed to have mold or fungus on them, which is unacceptable. The room had a strong unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, with no proper controls or working remotes. When I reported these problems to the staff, they did not take my concerns seriously or try to fix them. The room service staff were rude and behaved unacceptably toward guests. Considering the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness, hygiene, and decent customer service, but the hotel failed in all these areas. I cannot recommend this hotel unless management urgently improves room cleanliness, maintenance, and staff conduct.
