Avoid this place; it's a waste with no cleanliness and no helpful support.

Although the atmosphere of this PG was pleasant, our experience was disappointing because of bad hospitality and incorrect information. Additionally, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an extra fee on arrival that was never mentioned when booking. When we sought an explanation, the staff were unable to clarify the reason for the additional charge. There was a definite lack of clear communication and fundamental hospitality.

Our recent stay at this hotel with a booking of four rooms was highly disappointing, marked by unprofessional staff behavior and hidden charges.The staff behavior was outright rude and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming guests, the attitude was hostile, reflecting a complete lack of basic hospitality standards.Also the management demanded an additional ’360 for the four rooms. When asked for a clear breakdown or a valid reason for this extra charge, the staff could not provide any proper explanation.The hotel enforces arbitrary and restrictive rules, such as a strict 11:00 PM lock-in policy, which was not mentioned earlier at the time of booking online.While the property itself has a pleasant ambience and a charming vintage structure, some of the rooms (also washrooms) had poor ventilation .

The most notable thing about the place is, the WORST HOSPITALITY one could ever receive. They will treat you like you are staying there rentless. We were charged an extra amount of 360 Rupees ( even after paying & booking the rooms online in the this platform website). And they'll not respond to your calls properly for pre-booking, and other things. They will set rules like you should enter the premises before 11 pm ( which is not mentioned in the booking site). One can't expect food and other facilities, you will be charged for those. And their Wifi Connectivity is a spam to be honest. IN CONTRAST, The ROOMS, the VIEWS of the Building, ambience was good and one who likes ancient style rooms and photography will love this place.
