I have booked 2rooms once reach place asking 1200rs extra for provided rooms. They are saying Agoda only booking advance only not full amount like that. After argue for 20-30min they have provided rooms but bathroom is not clean , heater is not Working ,Ac is not good condition and so on .. Not preferred for anyone

Please don’t even think about staying at this hotel. Worst experience ever. No blankets available, bugs in the bed. They changed my room but it had no basin, no hot water, no ac remote, and the bathroom smelled bad. They also charged me more than what I booked for. Oyo, this is the worst experience you can give to a customer. Shame on you.
