Chennai Airport Guest House

I have traveled to more than 40 destinations across the world. I booked this hotel because they have mentioned “airport hotel” along with their name and they have included “airport shuttle service” as their free service . But they denied and I have suffered a lot to arrive in airport before the departure time. According to me this cheating should be considered as a criminal offence 🙏

The room that I booked was not the same. I have booked hotel in the name Chennai Airport Guest House, but the location I was given by them was a OYO room( Hotel O by OYO ARN RESIDENCY). Not the great atmosphere, rooms were fine, but the building looked bad and if I've seen that before, I wouldn't have booked. Room is on the second floor, but the way towards the room was horrible, as there was some local mess running there. But, First Of all, why wasn't I given with the room I booked??????. I wouldn't recommend anyone book this by looking at the images here.

Terrible experience. The owner spoke rudely and told me to try another place. The receptionist seemed only interested in money. There was no room service. Four men came and knocked on the door asking when I would leave. Very bad.

Rooms are clean and tidy but remind you of an OYO room experience. The stay is not very comfortable since the windows can be reached from outside.
