I have never encountered a hotel like this before. The reception staff's attitude is truly terrible and always annoying. If you are looking for peace, cleanliness, and comfort, do not expect to find it here. There are many hotels nearby, so my suggestion is to choose another one. நான் இது போன்ற ஒரு ஹோட்டலை என் வாழ்நாளில் பார்த்ததே இல்லை. அந்த வரவேற்புப் பணியாளர்களின் நடத்தை உண்மையிலேயே மிகவும் மோசமானது, எப்போதும் எரிச்சலூட்டுகிறது. உங்களுக்கு அமைதி, சுகாதாரம், சௌகரியம் வேண்டுமென்றால், இந்த இடத்தை எதிர்பார்க்காதீர்கள். அந்தப் பகுதிக்கு அருகில் நிறைய ஹோட்டல்கள் உள்ளன, எனவே வேறு ஹோட்டல்களுக்குச் செல்லுங்கள் என்பதே என் அறிவுரை.

The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and there was no water available in the morning. When I inquired with the staff, they mentioned that a tanker truck would arrive later. We had reserved 10 rooms for a wedding event and paid in full at check-in. Due to the lack of water, we had to quickly move to another hotel in the morning. This was the worst experience I've ever had.

I was unable to contact the property since they gave fake no. When I reached the property they told me I didn't book any rooms. Asked me to pay rs 700 extra. I even showed them my booking in the system but they told me it's not my booking. The rooms are infested with cockroaches and really dusty and dirty. They told me they are not registered with the Agoda website. I felt unsafe to stay there with my wife so I had to checkout in couple of hours. I was unable to reach Agoda to get any help or solution. I will not recommended either the hotel or app for anyone to use.

Hotel staff demanded more money at the time of check in, cleanliness is also very bad, very bad experience with this hotel, i have paid extra cash money to them for room
