Very bad behavior in the hotel and manner is not good with customers. Don't book this place, find another one.

The room was terrible, worst I ever seen. Pictures are fake, don't believe them. I lost my money. Paid without checking, and the room was very dirty and ugly. Don't waste your money.

Worst cheating experience! I booked and paid online through Oyo. When I arrived, the hotel said no rooms available. They claimed I didn’t call them, even with Oyo confirmation. I thought it was a mistake and went to another hotel that charged me Rs.500 per hour. I called Oyo for a refund, and then the Oyo guy said rooms were available at the first hotel! They lied! Oyo rejected my refund, so I lost my money and had to pay for another place. I found out Jayam hotel charges more to confirm bookings, which is why they rejected me since I already paid online. I complained to Oyo, but got no positive response. Be careful! Jayam residency was “spot on” when I booked!

Worst experience ever. Better to avoid this place. They said one price on Oyo but when I got there, they told me another price. When I asked about what I already paid, they said I could cancel. After talking, they just canceled my booking on Oyo. They were very rude and disrespectful.

So bad smell, no clean. Torn bedsheets, broken chair, old bed under. Really sucks. Worthless.
