The staff were unhelpful and did not permit guests to meet, even though they were prepared to dine at the hotel. I would advise against coming here.

Absolutely bad service in my 3rd visit, the bathroom is shabby with not maintained taps.. there are no curtains so the entire toiletry and even toilet paper got wet. The water splashed all over than ur face when you open the tap.The AC was not service and made stupid noise and my partner has to take out the filter n show it to maintainance team. They are asking we will fix it, can you wait outside the room at 10.30 in the night.Breakfast is average and serving girl get one thing at a time and that too with great delay. Receptionist is with no smile and all lies, I asked for change the room, she lied about the room getting ready then asking me to roam with hotel boy to different rooms to check the room while me waiting to get ready amd go out for my work.I have always preferred this hotel to stay.. and their other facility but today I had enough and decided not to come here again.

They said they would fix it but asked if I could wait outside the room at 10:30 at night. Breakfast was average, and the server brought items one at a time with long delays. The receptionist was unfriendly and dishonest. When I asked to change rooms, she lied about the new room being ready and then made me walk around with a hotel staff member to check different rooms while I waited to get ready and go out for work. I have always preferred this hotel and its other facilities, but today I’ve had enough and decided not to return.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Biswajit sir from the Room Dining team, who provided exceptional service . He was prompt, attentive, and ensured that every request was handled efficiently with a warm smile. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly enhanced my experience. Thank you the entire hotel team for making my stay comfortable and memorable. I look forward to visiting again.

’The Good:’Excellent Location: The hotel’s location on Connaught Road (Modi Colony) is incredibly convenient. It’s super close to the Pune Railway Station, only a 20-to-40-minute drive to the airport, and major sights like Shaniwar Wada are just about 3 km away.’Comfortable Stay: The rooms are good, clean, and comfortable.’Courteous Staff: The frontline staff are very helpful, polite, and quick to offer immediate solutions whenever you approach them.’Food & Dining (Hit and Miss):’Breakfast & Starters: The breakfast spread is good, and the dinner starters are definitely a highlight.’Buffet Improvements Needed: The main lunch and dinner buffets have room for improvement. While lunch is just "okay," there were times it felt like leftover food was modified, given a different name, and put back out. The taste gives away that it isn't entirely fresh. Management really needs to look into food quality consistency here.’Housekeeping & Management:’There seems to be a clear gap in management coordination and staffing levels depending on the time of day. While the morning duty staff are readily available and attentive, the hotel appears heavily understaffed during the late afternoon and evening. Because of this, it can take an exceptionally long time for housekeeping to arrive later in the day.
