Avoid This Hotel

Never book this it's nothing like what's in picture. . Let me explain every problem i faced1-a) book triple room one month advance and still I got double room. They do not reserve the room you booked. If someone else arrives before you they give it to them1-b) I booked for 2 days, but they asked me to shift my room to different hotel on 2nd day (remember i booked room well in advance) when i denied to shift the staff behaved so rudely to me.because he wanted to give my room to someone else for higher price. 1- ) location is so remote. It's in a gully2) it's not a proper hotel. Rooms are not having proper doors . Looks like They converted some shopping building into hotel.3) no cupboard,kettle or cloth hanger in room.. 4) area is too noisy and you can hear inside the room5) washroom has no cloth hanger.6) washroom and floor is so dirty. Looks like they haven't cleaned for 2 weeks. Yellow stain over closet. 7) no complimentary water is provided.thru charge you for water. Please avoid this hotel if you don't want to hate your varanasi experience

Hotel's location is fine that is approax 450 m to Gowdholia chauraha and rooms are clean , service is okay however not worth the money spent .No lift , issues with kettle ,TV not working and food delivery takes lot of time .Preference is e rickshaw to reach hotel .Nice but could get better option in this price .Thanks
