The property is vast, and very spacious, but not well maintained, the property needs a revamp, in the present state, its good for a one-time stay. but food needs major upgrade, only one restaurant, and the food quality is average and very limited menu to choose from , for A la Carte. many facilities in the resort are not function , like the cycling, spa etc. had booked for a spa, but couldn't avail it , due to no electricity in the are for more than an hour.. property is huge and very spacious, but needs good maintenance
Stay is very ordinary. Not much facilities...staff needs to well trained...food is average. Good property but not managed well
1. *Room Amenities*: While the rooms are spacious, basic essentials were missing. Even on check-in, we had to repeatedly call for items like water and milk powder that should be standard.2. *Staff Attitude*: The staff seemed overly focused on tips/money, which came across as unprofessional and uncomfortable for guests.3. *Restaurant Hygiene*: We noticed cockroaches in the dining area, including on plates. This raises serious concerns about overall kitchen hygiene and food safety.4. *Food Quality & Freshness*: Stale watermelon from the previous day was served on the buffet. It was replaced only after we pointed it out.5. *Dining Options*: The buffet had very limited dishes with no live counters. Only dosa was available, and the presentation/service was unappetizing.6. *Property Maintenance*: Despite being a large property, it appeared poorly maintained with a shabby and neglected atmosphere.7. *Staff Morale*: Some staff mentioned low salaries and displayed a disinterested attitude, as if they were working without pay.8. *Missing Services*: Essential hotel services like laundry were not available.9. *Indoor Games Room*: The indoor games area was unusable due to strong, unpleasant odours.10. *Outdoor Activities*: Although several outdoor activities were advertised, none were actually available or functional during our stay.11. *Swimming Pool*: The swimming pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and was in poor condition.12. Internet not connecting properly *Overall Experience*: The stay was extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I would not consider visiting again unless major improvements are made.
