We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Ashtamudi during our June vacation. We were a group of three families and this property exceeded our expectations in every way.The resort is huge, beautifully maintained and surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. There are countless picturesque spots across the property, making it perfect for relaxing walks and memorable photographs. The location is simply outstanding, situated right beside the magnificent Ashtamudi backwaters, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere.Our rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully designed and felt truly luxurious. Every detail added to the comfort of our stay. The restaurant served delicious food and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals throughout our visit.One of the highlights of our stay was the Happy Hub, which offered excellent activities for both adults and children, keeping everyone entertained. The resort staff also helped us arrange an early morning Shikara boat ride on the backwaters, which turned out to be the most memorable experience of our entire Ashtamudi trip.What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was courteous, friendly and always willing to help with a smile.Overall, Club Mahindra Ashtamudi is a fantastic destination for families looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday amidst nature. We created unforgettable memories here and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Kerala. We will definitely be coming back!

This is one of the good location with peaceful atmosphere around, a contradictory to the city and noisy environment. Road network to reach out is a task to overcome because of the bends and curves with a single road. Provided adequate parking facilities inside the premises. Freshly prepared tasty food service. Well maintained timings for restaurant.

I was recently stayed in Ashtamudi for 02 nights. The property is very good . We have a wonderful room with lake view. However I have to mention that the staffs was horrible.. No one smile on your . They all are trained as traffic control since all are directed with the hand movement. Staffs are care less ..They don't even know what is hospitality.. All playing on the phone. If we asking some things they would ask to speak to the reception or call to the reception. They don't have a courtesy to convey the messages. I request Club Mahindra Management to take better control on your staffs and give them trainings. It is all about the attitude. We came yiur resort to enjoy the stay..I can see only the reception manager can appologised for the dissatisfaction when we spoke to her. And shewas Very kind to show us the resort and introduce

I recently stayed for a day at Club Mahindra Ashtamudi Resort, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable right from the beginning.The resort offers a few indoor activities such as billiards, chess, and carrom. However, these facilities are somewhat limited and may only accommodate around 20’30 people at a time, which could be a constraint during peak periods.One of the highlights of the stay was the food. There was a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available every day, along with a great selection of desserts. The quality and taste of the food were definitely impressive.I would recommend visiting this resort with family or relatives, as it provides a calm and relaxed environment suitable for spending quality time together. However, in my opinion, it may not be the best choice for corporate outings or group trips with colleagues, as there are limited activities and not many organized programs to keep larger groups engaged. Additionally, the absence of a large open ground might be a drawback for those looking for outdoor games or team activities.Regarding the swimming pool, I found it to be less satisfactory. The water seemed to be heavily chlorinated, which caused discomfort’my hands even became wrinkled after spending some time in it. This is an area where improvement is definitely needed.Overall, it’s a good place for a peaceful family getaway, especially if you’re looking to relax rather than engage in numerous activities.
